- Layer the cooked sausage and scrambled eggs on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt slightly.
Add Toppings:
- Top with avocado slices, chopped cilantro, and optional salsa or hot sauce. Serve immediately.
