- Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until fully melted.
- Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until they are completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and gently press it down using a spatula or parchment paper.
- Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for 20-30 minutes until firm.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy your colorful Fruity Pebbles cereal bars.
Notes
Press the mixture lightly into the pan. Pressing too hard can make the bars dense.
