- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until fully melted and slightly bubbling.
- Add the corn and stir well to coat it evenly in the butter. Cook for 5-7 minutes until hot and tender.
- Pour in the honey and stir until the corn is evenly coated and glossy.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until fully melted and creamy. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
Frozen corn gives the best texture, but fresh or canned can also be used.
For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk or more cream cheese.
