Ingredients
  

Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
Classic Sandwich Spread
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
Creamy Ranch Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Spicy Chipotle Mayo
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 teaspoons chipotle in adobo sauce finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic Aioli
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Method
 

Honey Mustard Sauce:
  1. Combine Dijon mustard, honey, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice and whisk until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Classic Sandwich Spread:
  1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and pickle relish.
  2. Stir in vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
Creamy Ranch Sauce:
  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  2. Add parsley, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper; add lemon juice if desired. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Spicy Chipotle Mayo:
  1. Mix mayonnaise with finely chopped chipotle in adobo and lime juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust spice level as preferred.
Garlic Aioli:
  1. Combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
