Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil salted water, cook noodles until al dente, drain, reserve ¼ cup pasta water.
  2. Make the garlic butter sauce: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Combine noodles and sauce: Add noodles, toss gently with garlic butter, add reserved pasta water if needed.
  4. Add cheese and seasonings: Sprinkle Parmesan (optional), season with salt & pepper, toss until creamy.
  5. Garnish and serve: Top with parsley or chives, serve immediately.
