- Combine noodles and sauce: Add noodles, toss gently with garlic butter, add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Add cheese and seasonings: Sprinkle Parmesan (optional), season with salt & pepper, toss until creamy.
- Garnish and serve: Top with parsley or chives, serve immediately.
