  • 1 medium Carrot Grated for sweetness and texture
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt Low-fat or Greek yogurt for creaminess

Method
 

  1. Prep the vegetables: Wash cucumber and carrot. Slice cucumber into thin rounds and grate the carrot.
