Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken shredded or diced
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 2 cups Pasta or Rice cooked
  • cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper or to taste
  • Optional: Green Onions or Parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken and crumbled bacon.
  3. Add cooked pasta or rice and stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Mix in heavy cream, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until fully combined.
  5. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
