  • 1 medium green cabbage chopped
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 2 medium carrots sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, and onion. Mince the garlic.
