Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook until golden on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken and cook the other side until fully cooked, about 3-4 more minutes.
  5. Push the chicken to the side of the pan and add minced garlic into pan or skillet. cook until fragrant.
  6. Toss the chicken in the garlic butter until evenly coated.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sides like rice, pasta, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Try to cut chicken into even pieces for consistent cooking and juicy, tender bites.
  • Don’t overcrowd the pan with chicken pieces. Cook in a single layer for a perfect golden sear.
  • Cooking garlic at the end on medium heat gives a perfect, hearty aroma. Low heat is necessary to avoid burning.
  • Let the chicken rest 1-2 minutes after cooking to lock juices in chicken bites.
