Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
Add the chicken in a single layer and cook until golden on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook the other side until fully cooked, about 3-4 more minutes.
Push the chicken to the side of the pan and add minced garlic into pan or skillet. cook until fragrant.
Toss the chicken in the garlic butter until evenly coated.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
